Operator and scope

Businesses entering client and worker data determine its purposes and must provide notices and obtain appropriate authorization; Yektli processes it to provide the service.
Data and purposes
We process account and authentication data (name, email and identifiers), business information, logos, client and crew contacts, addresses, services, schedules, protocols, supplies, invoices, incidents and content you enter. We also process subscription status, payment references, promotion codes and acceptance records. Uses include account operation, device synchronization, document generation, support, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Providers may process IP addresses, browser information and connection logs to deliver and protect the service.
Providers and optional features
Supabase provides authentication, database and storage; Stripe processes payments and receives payment information entered in its form; Cloudflare may deliver and protect the website depending on deployment. Google sign-in shares authorized account information. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information. Yektli does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Maps, location and artificial intelligence
When you request radar, your business address or coordinates are sent to the map services used (OpenStreetMap, Nominatim and Overpass). Device location is requested with browser permission for that search; you may deny or revoke it. Navigation links may open Google Maps with chosen addresses. Enabled AI extraction or planning may send the text or data needed for that feature to Groq. Review inputs and avoid unnecessary sensitive data. Results are not guaranteed accurate.
Sharing
We share necessary data with technical providers, at your direction (such as sharing a PDF, message or crew link), to meet legal obligations or to protect rights and security. Private link holders can view and complete assigned jobs and report issues until expiry or revocation. The link does not provide access to prices, invoices or private notes. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-site targeted advertising. External providers also apply their own policies.
Local storage
The app uses browser storage for sessions, language, preferences, cache and demo mode. Clearing it does not necessarily delete cloud data. Demo mode stores information locally; do not enter real sensitive data on shared devices. This notice does not constitute consent to advertising or optional permissions, which are requested separately where appropriate.
Retention and security
We keep data as needed to provide the service and fulfill the stated purposes. Request deletion or export by email; we will verify identity and explain what can be deleted. Records needed for tax, accounting, security, disputes or contractual evidence may be retained for applicable periods; backups may persist through their rotation cycle. We do not promise immediate deletion or absolute security. We use access controls and account isolation; you must protect devices, credentials and links.
Rights and international processing
You may request access, correction, a copy, deletion and, where applicable, objection, restriction or withdrawal of consent through support. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain exceptions. You may complain to your competent authority. Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where providers operate; legally required transfer safeguards must apply. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate security and operational interests, or consent for optional features, as appropriate.
Children and updates
The service is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit children's data; contact support about inappropriate inclusion. Material notice changes will be communicated in the app. Acknowledging this notice does not waive rights or authorize optional processing.
